Finally - I've submitted Pretend You Don't Care, the sequel to Pretend You Love Me.  I love this story!  I struggled with it for months, trying to find the voice for these two characters, and ended up basically starting over - twice.  Then, suddenly, they found their own way, and I was along for the ride.  Hopefully, the editor will enjoy the ride as well.

I lost my first editor, Sara Reinke, to the Upwardly Mobile Author syndrome.  **sniffle**.  Since then, I've been an orphan.  I sent poor Pretend2 to Marty, who's supposed to send it to an editor who's needing another author.

I'm very nervous about this, so keep your fingers crossed for me!
