It's Sunday, and I'm still procrastinating on Miracle at Midnight. The deadline is the 15th, and I know that once I return to work, I won't have a day off until the 23rd. Then I'm off work until the 3rd, which is nice - if I make it until then.
The story's actually going very well. Amara just tried her hand at ice-skating, and after a few falls, discovered the freedom of spinning. Dizzy girl. lol Now she's going to learn how to use an oven.
I'm going to join The Romance Studio, and pay for my cover to be featured. The book comes out in just a bit over a week. This one feels magical to me - probably because my editor told me it was wonderful, and partly because every time I read it I actually enjoy it - even after a few dozen readings, it hasn't gone stale. I'm just hoping everyone else thinks so. I have two decent promos planned - the FAR Samhain day tomorrow, and the Novelspotters on the 12th. Hmmm.... I think they do promo spots on their site as well. Have to check into that.
On top of writing and doing some promo work, I also have to take my son to the valley to visit his grandmother (his dad's mom), and take the dog to the vet. Plus go to church tonight.
Until later,
Stacia
